Altering Light as a title for this site is defined as: The basis for all photography is the capturing of light. In order to bring these images into the realm of fine art this captured light must be altered and refined, only then can it be considered art.

    Photography has been my passion since I was a sophomore in high school. Its the only career I've ever wanted, and I have stubbornly stayed the course. I have now taken this lifelong love to its highest level. I have graduated with a Master of Fine Arts Degree from the Savannah College of Art & Design as well as a Bachelors of Fine Arts Degree from Watkins College of Art, Design, and Film. It is my ambition to be able to teach this art form that I have loved for so long, while continuing to create art through my lens.

    Last but certainly not least, I am totally in love with my wife and son. Without their love and support none of what you see here would exist.
